Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Advisor at World Vision UK in Milton Keynes, with flexibility for remote work. You must be willing to work in our office atleast 2 days per week The OR requirement for the role is that you will need to be a Christian The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, HR management, and handling employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include providing HR support, advising on HR matters, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Must have Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HRIS, Workday preferred Knowledge of HR Policies and UK and Employment Law Experience in managing Employee Relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous experience in a similar role HR certification or relevant degree
