Someone to whip their finances into shape, lead the team, and make sure the numbers add up—not just on spreadsheets but in real life. The Role It’s not a sit-back-and-coast type of gig. You’ll be the person ensuring their financial ship stays afloat and on course. That means: Planning & Analysis : Budgets, forecasts, and spotting financial opportunities like a hawk. Reporting : Balance sheets, cash flow, P&Ls—prepared accurately and on time. No excuses. Control : Putting in processes that make dodgy numbers impossible. Operational Finance : Work closely with operations to find ways to save costs and make better decisions. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, turning them into a well-oiled machine. What You’ll Need A qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience in manufacturing (or something close). ERP systems? You’ll know them inside out. Leadership skills to build a team that delivers.
