Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and guide them through the mortgage process. Structure and present tailored finance solutions to meet client objectives. Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in specialist property finance, with a strong track record of arranging specialist mortgages. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients from diverse sectors. Strong understanding of Bridging, commercial and development finance products and client-focused solutions. Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
