Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - Salisbury My client is an established, forward-thinking law firm who are looking to hire a c ommercial property solicitor or c hartered legal executive to join their team in the Salisbury office. About the Role To manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, across a range of clients. Sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold properties Landlord and tenant Acquisition and sale of property for development Acting for lenders and pension schemes. You will work closely with a Partner in the team and support the wider team benefiting from the support of an established and collaborative team culture. About You The ability to manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property work with a proven track record Circa 2 - 5 PQE Why Join?
