Job Description
Job Title: Estate and Facilities Manager 40 hours Based at our Head Office in Stockport with occasional travel required. Permanent Full-time contract Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Job Description: Warren James is on the lookout for a Retail Estate and Facilities Manager who cares and wants to do a good job someone who can keep our 200 shops running smoothly behind the scenes from maintenance to compliance. The Estate and Facilities Manager Role: Support our shops by managing maintenance efficiently and in a timely manner Work with our shop fit contractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standards Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get the best value for money Work alongside our Accounts team and Legal department to assist with the processing and payment of rent invoices and resolve any invoice queries promptly Communicate with landlords, shopping centres, utility suppliers, local authorities etc The Estate and Facilities Manager Essentials: Experience in facilities, estates or property management Ability to negotiate A good problem-solver with a lets get it done approach Practical financial awareness and good commercial savvy Good telephone manner and communicator Ability to work under own initiative Attention to detail in everything you do The Benefits Full time contract 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years youll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays) Monthly pay, straight into your bank account Staff discount on your WJ jewellery purchases Free on-site parking and cycle park Good transport links If youve got what it takes and are passionate and enthusiastic we want to hear from you- click below to apply Job Type: Permanent Job Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Job Location: Stockport, SK5 Contact Details: Recruitment Team ADZN1_UKTJ
