Job Description

Sales administrator Temp - Perm As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for general administration for a designated geographical area. Your role involves building strong relationships with customers, proactively supporting and them, and ensuring seamless order processing. Youll also provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed of offers, updates, and resolving any issues promptly. Duties & Responsibilities Data entry Dealing with customer queries via email or on a call. Process customer orders accurately and swiftly Collaborate with team members to share workloads and support one another. Maintain up-to-date customer records, including all contacts and relevant details. Utilise Phocas software to analyse customer spending and margin trends. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure the timely processing of priority orders. Personal Attributes A proactive team player with a positive attitude. Skills & Abilities Advanced proficiency in IT software systems. Solid understanding of sales and purchase processes. Moderate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Ability to work effectively across different departments within the business. Hours/Shifts: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break) Salary & Benefits Benefits: 23 days of annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. £20 monthly contribution towards gym membership Christmas shutdown Commission structure.
