“In the world of finance, the best accounting is like poetry - precise, impactful, and timeless.” We are pleased to partner with a well-established services organisation in the South West to recruit an Accounting Manager (Service Charge) for their well-established team As the Accounting Manager (Service Charge), your responsibilities will include: Managing the service charge accounting project for your assigned portfolio Exercising sound judgement and professional scepticism in reviewing service charge expenditure, assuming responsibility for all aspects of file completion Responsible for service charge accounting and looking after a specialist portfolio Overseeing financial management of the project Manage a dedicated team on a day-to-day basis Responsible for managing multiple deadlines and prioritising activities Act as a key point of contact with a range of stakeholders Work with senior managers and Directors on various projects and ad-hoc tasks The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with excellent technical accounting and reporting skills. Strong organisational and planning skills Proven ability to manage and mentor teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Service charge accounting would be an advantage What’s on Offer: A competitive salary with an attractive benefits package.
