This position offers a vibrant mix of work and the opportunity to service a diverse client portfolio, including OMBs, family companies, and small to large international groups. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio including OMBs, family companies, and international groups. Tailor the mix of advisory and compliance tasks to align with personal expertise and career aspirations. Provide strategic tax planning and advice to large corporates and OMBs, ensuring optimal tax solutions are delivered. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and comprehensive client service. Keep abreast of tax legislation and regulatory changes to provide informed and compliant advice. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in corporate tax, with a strong foundation in both compliance and advisory roles. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tax strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for maintaining robust client relationships. Professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
