Audit & Accounts Manager

Annual Salary: Up to £65,000 Location: Hertfordshire Job Type: Full-time REED Practice are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Manager for an esteemed accountancy practice in Hertfordshire. This role is perfect for an ACA/ACCA qualified professional with a passion for excellence in audit and accountancy. Role Responsibilities: Lead and manage audits, ensuring deadlines are met. Oversee WIP, billing, and recoverability. Develop the team to uphold high standards. Research and present technical audit solutions. Communicate findings to management and clients. Serve as the primary contact for client communications. Strategically assess client needs and business risks. Travel to client sites as needed. Skills & Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified with 3 years in a multi-partner practice. Strong client relationship skills.
