Process Operative

Brightwork is recruiting candidates to work as a Process Operative at our client's meat processing site in Turriff. This full-time role offers day and night shifts working Monday to Friday. The hours of work include: Day shift: (Monday - Friday) 6am - 3:30pm Night shift: (Monday - Friday) 10pm - 6am The rate of pay for day shift is £11.44 per hour - increasing to £11.99 per hour after 26 weeks. The rate of pay for night shift is £13.94 per hour - increasing to £14.49 per hour after 26 weeks. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a Process Operative include: - Running and maintaining the effluent plant process in line with Anglian water regulations - Taking accountability for ensuring site effluent discharge consents are at the correct levels - Ensuring good water clarity - Carrying out soil processing tasks - Completing chemical checks - Checking equipment is processing correctly - Liaising with the engineering team on plant levels - Completing daily clean down - Carrying out and assisting with basic maintenance tasks Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Process Operative is a clear communicator who works well as an individual within a wider team.
