This Global Insurance Company with a small UK Northamptonshire office (WELLINGBOROUGH|) is looking for a Commercial Insurance/ Commercial Renewals Handler to deal with Commercial business policy renewals. There is no cold calling The role involves responding to enquires/warm leads brought in or contacting customers to renew their policy. Offering a basic salary of around £30,000 (negotiable) plus Bonus, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), Private Medical Insurance, Company Pension scheme and a great supportive colleagues and management team. This really is a great place to work. The ideal Commercial Insurance broker will have previously worked within Commercial Insurance with a good understanding of public liability or plant or indemnity Insurance. Key attributes required Commercial Insurance background Confident communication (verbal and written) skills Analytical skills Self motivated Numeracy skills The Commercial Insurance broker role duties : Key responsibilities include meticulously preparing renewal documentation conducting precise rating assessments for renewals effectively managing the quoting and processing of Mid-Term Adjustments within 30 days of the current renewal expiry date addressing inquiries from clients, brokers and Insurers via phone or email, ensuring their concerns are promptly resolved create and maintain diaries on our computer system actively pursuing any outstanding information required from clients and brokers.
