As a Community Support Worker , youll travel between clients homes to provide personalised care and companionship. Key responsibilities include: Supporting clients with personal care and administering medication. Helping individuals with community activities to promote independence. Building strong relationships that enrich both your life and theirs. What Were Looking For: Were seeking individuals who are: Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable. Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for client visits. Comfortable working in homes with pets (many of our clients have beloved cats and dogs). Strong communicators with good written skills. Desirable (But Not Essential): Experience in healthcare or end-of-life care. Current DBS clearance on the update system.
