The Role: As a solicitor within the corporate team you you will play a key role in advising and supporting clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading solicitors on complex transactions and commercial contracts, allowing the development of your expertise in a dynamic, yet supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. Managing and leading due diligence processes for corporate transactions. Advising on corporate governance issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their business needs.
