Quantity Surveyor Enniskillen Mon-Fri 8am 5:30pm Early finish on a Friday We are currently seeking an Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about cost management in construction, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation Budget Management Tender Preparation Cost Control Valuation Risk Management Reporting Essential Skills/Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Familiar with ROI Public Works Contracts. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating software and tools. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills to assess and manage project costs effectively. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members, contractors, and clients.
