The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Director due to sustained growth and expansion as they have recently been acquired by a large PE firm. The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI and you will also gain exposure to ROI and US transactions. This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast. Financial & commercial appraisal. Business planning. Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up. Management of project team - preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable. Building & developing sustainable client relationships. Participation in business development activities. The Person: ACA qualified (or equivalent). 8 years PQE Strong experience within in a Deal Advisory/ TS/ Valuations environment Experience leading teams Excellent communication & leadership skills.
