The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Manager due to sustained growth. The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI across multiple sectors, and you will also gain exposure to ROI and US transactions. This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast. Financial & commercial appraisal. Business planning. Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up. Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable. Building & developing sustainable client relationships. Participation in business development activities. The Person: ACA qualified (or equivalent). Strong previous experience within a due diligence/TS/ Deal Advisory focused role. Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process. Experience of working on PE transactions is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication & leadership skills.
