Lantana leads the creation and operational delivery of this one-of-kind customer experience on behalf of our client, political and cultural magazine Unherd. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join us; could it be you? What Youll Be Doing: Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way Keeping customers happy and everyone safe Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH Being hands-on in our restaurants, including keeping them nice and clean What Well Be Doing In Return: Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere Serving team meals that are always from the menu An extra day off on your birthday (or the day after.) Providing an annual CODE app subscription Giving 50% discount in any of our restaurants Enrolling you onto the Hospitality Action Support Group Celebrating with you at team parties You must have proof of right to work in the UK to join us.
