Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in leading and inspiring a talented kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for high-profile events. Contribute to the development of innovative, seasonal menus tailored to bespoke client requirements. Oversee food preparation, quality control, and smooth kitchen operations during service. Collaborate with the Head Chef to source premium, sustainable ingredients and manage supplier relationships. Ensure impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Support event planners and clients in creating unique and memorable dining experiences. Assist in managing budgets, food costs, and inventory to maximize profitability. Train, mentor, and support the kitchen team to uphold excellence. About You: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in luxury catering or high-end event settings. Expertise in supporting the creation of bespoke menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to kitchen operations. Passionate about sustainability and working with locally sourced, high-quality produce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
