As a General Practice Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of legal matters and provide expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various areas of law, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload encompassing multiple areas of law, including but not limited to family law, property law, wills and probate, civil litigation, and employment law. Provide legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of complex legal issues. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for hearings and trials. Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and third parties to facilitate case progression and resolution. Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal precedents relevant to areas of practice. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 2 years of experience in a general practice setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
