Electrical Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading facilities management company, are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with a proven track record in Measured Term Contracts (MTC). This is a key role in a growing business, offering the opportunity to manage client relationships, deliver high-quality projects, and build a skilled team. The Role Manage the delivery of MTC electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Build and develop a team of electricians and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining open and effective communication. Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all projects. Identify and implement efficiencies to improve project delivery. About You Demonstrated experience managing electrical contracts, particularly within an MTC environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships. A solid understanding of commercial project management within facilities management. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition).
