Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (French or German Speaker) Your new company Due to our client company's growth, we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Representative / Sales Representative who is fluent in French. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our existing customers and attracting new business. Your new role Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and lead follow-ups. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Provide accurate pricing information and quotes for customers. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer experiences and brand awareness. Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and proactively address customer needs. Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and online chat. Product Feedback: Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and new feature development. Issue Tracking: Log and address technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. What you'll need to succeed Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening. At least two years of experience in a customer service, support, or sales role. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Hubspot, Zendesk, and e-commerce platforms. Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret customer experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
