Our client, a well-established leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Financial Manager to join their team in Johannesburg East. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organisation while overseeing financial strategy and management within a dynamic and successful industry Duties: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decision-making. Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and ensure all financial activities are aligned with organisational goals. Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement strategies to enhance profitability, and oversee inventory management and procurement costs. Monitor and manage the organisations cash flow to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree. Professional Certification: Completion of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification. Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in finance, with a proven track record in a senior finance role.
