Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the company. Perform basic stock-taking duties to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with walk-in sales and deliver excellent customer service. Accurately input, maintain, and manage large volumes of numerical data. Prepare and update reports, technical documentation, and other administrative materials. Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems. Perform general office duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications and Experience : Matric Certificate (required). Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Pastel. Minimum of 3 years experience. Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Proven capability to manage a demanding workload in a pressurised and fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
