Aesthetic Clinic Nurse

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care while performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments. As part of our clinic, the nurse will work collaboratively with doctors and other staff to ensure clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals in a safe and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care and Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to assess patients' needs, concerns, and goals. Educate patients on available treatments, expected outcomes, and aftercare. Provide pre- and post-procedure care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Aesthetic Treatments: Perform non-surgical procedures such as: Botox and dermal filler injections (if certified). Chemical peels. Laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing). Microneedling or PRP therapy. Body contouring procedures. Assist physicians with advanced or combined treatments as needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all procedures are conducted in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and sterile environment in treatment areas. Properly document patient care and treatments in electronic health records (EHR). Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Address patient concerns or questions promptly and professionally. Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor progress and satisfaction. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest aesthetic technologies and techniques through ongoing training and certifications. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences as needed. Administrative and Team Support: Assist with scheduling and maintaining treatment inventory. Participate in clinic marketing efforts by educating patients on services or promotions. Collaborate with the team to optimize clinic operations and patient experience. Qualifications: Education: Nursing degree (RN or equivalent) from an accredited program. Active and valid nursing license in the state of practice. Certifications: Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments) preferred or willingness to obtain. BLS/ACLS certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in dermatology, aesthetics, or plastic surgery. Previous experience performing aesthetic treatments is highly desirable. Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision during procedures. Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Confidence in explaining treatment options and managing patient expectations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
