Job Description

ROLE : Business Analyst- Actuarial specialist EXPERIENCE : 7 Years LOCATION : Bangalore Hybrid Work from 7AM - 4PM IST. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Develop and maintain actuarial models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Identify trends and assess risks. - Evaluate financial implications of business decisions. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. - Perform risk assessments for proposed IT solutions. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. - Oversee the implementation of IT projects from inception to completion. - Collaborate with developers, testers, and other IT professionals. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. - Prepare and present reports to management. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Facilitate communication between business and IT teams. - Develop and maintain project documentation. - Assist in the development of business cases for new IT projects. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain a high level of customer : - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. - Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in project management methodologies. - Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Experience with feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. - Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience with training and supporting end-users. - Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance. - Experience with continuous improvement initiatives. - High level of customer satisfaction orientation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
