Job Description
Key Responsibilities : - SAP FICO Implementation : Assist in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to improve system performance. - System Configuration : Configure SAP FI and CO modules according to business requirements, ensuring that the setup aligns with company processes. - Process Improvement : Identify and recommend improvements to business processes in relation to SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, ensuring the system meets business needs effectively. - Documentation : Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, including user manuals and training materials. Skills & Qualifications : - SAP FICO Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP FI and CO modules. - Language Proficiency : JLPT N2/N3 certification or higher, with fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including asset accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center accounting. - Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights for process improvement. - Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders in both Japanese and English. - Project Management : Experience in managing or participating in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, with an understanding of project management methodologies.
