Job Description
Job Duties: 1、 Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent; 2、Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment; 3.、Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and foster growth; 4. Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive compensation packages; 5. Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations; 6. Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems; 7. HR Strategy: Contribute to the company's strategy meetings and advise on HR implications of business decisions; 8. Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that improve our workplace and promote company culture. Candidates Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus; - Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacture industry; - Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws; - Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills; - Proven ability to oversee and manage HR metrics; - Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems; - Ability to handle data with confidentiality; - Proven track record of developing and mentoring staff to higher performance; - Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
