User Experience Designer

Our client is looking to bring on a Senior UI/UX Designer to their Creative and Marketing teams. This role is open to some restructure to the organization that now allows opportunity for new strategic-decisions and growth moving forward. This person will be key to sitting down with all aspects of leadership and assessing their brand/design going into Y2025. In coming onboard, this person will need to sit down with all aspects of the business (mainly Marketing and Development) to assess old brand initiatives and align new schemas for next year. This will include utilizing both UX and UI experience for each of the following: Top Skills: User Research and Persona Builds A/B Testing Prototyping Usability Testing Design Tools (Sketch and Figma) Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD) Wireframing Graphic Design Human-Centric Development
