Real Estate Paralegal

Contract Real Estate Paralegal Location: South San Francisco, CA (100% Onsite) Compensation: Up to $43 per hour Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time, Open-ended contract with potential for contract-to-hire LHH is working with a national corporation in seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in South San Francisco, CA. This position will be 100% onsite and will primarily focus on lease review and revisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong real estate and leasing experience, excellent organizational skills, and a Notary Public certification Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive reviews and revisions of commercial leases and related documents. Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and amendments. Coordinate with legal counsel, landlords, and internal teams to resolve leasing issues. Maintain and organize lease files and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Perform legal research and provide support on real estate-related legal matters as needed. Serve as a Notary Public for document execution and verification. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate, and/or retail legal matters. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred. Current Notary Public certification required. Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures, terminology, and related legal concepts. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
