Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the organization's adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Policy Development : Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure effective compliance practices. Risk Assessment : Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and areas of risk. Training and Education : Provide training to staff on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization. Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures and report findings to senior management. Investigation : Investigate compliance issues, concerns, or violations and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the Education sector. Certifications : Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) are highly desirable. Skills : Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
