Commercial Construction Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a background in working for commercial general contractors. This role involves managing large-scale commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors. Monitor and manage project progress, quality, and safety. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications. Manage change orders, submittals, and project documentation. Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
