Construction Project Manager

Location: Field-Based Role Along the 210 Highway (Car Required) Gas Expenses Covered We’re looking for a Field Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is fully field-based, requires reliable transportation, and involves managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy , detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage Projects: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on time and within budget. Communicate with Clients: Keep clients updated regularly and address their questions or concerns. Work with Teams: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to complete projects smoothly. Track Progress: Check daily progress, maintain high-quality standards, and solve problems quickly. Handle Budgets: Plan and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Document Work: Take clear photos and videos, write reports, and keep project records up-to-date. Plan Ahead: Identify potential problems early and come up with solutions. Collect Payments: Help manage payments and complete pre- and post-project tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the field, solving challenges, and making projects run smoothly Skills & Qualifications Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with construction management software, iPhone apps, and digital tools for video updates and communication. Detail-Oriented: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles. Construction Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
