Job Description

My client a fantastic pub with restaurant and rooms is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy. The qualities they're seeking are: Organisation - daily prep lists, time management, kitchen hygiene. Creativity - contribution to the regularly changing menu and regular specials and events. Teamwork - working well with the BOH team and undertaking instructions on different sections as needed Benefits: Annual salary between £29,000 - £31,000 per year depending on skill level Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc, salaried topped up. Discretionary 10% bonus worth up to £2,900 - £3,100 per annum.
