Lettings and Propety Manager

We are working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team on a permanent contract. This role is offering great benefits and is hybrid working. Lettings Manager £47,468 - £55,000 Monday - Friday (37.5) Permanent As a Lettings Manager, you will be: Managing Lettings Officers and the day to day run of the officer Managing a portfolio of properties Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback Ensure all legal compliances are up to date Renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries To be successful as a Lettings Manager you will have: Lettings Experience Management Experience Previously worked as Lettings Manager/Office Manager Lettings Manager Benefits: 26 days Annual leave plus bank holidays Progression Plans Competitive Salary If this is something of interest please apply bellow or email ADZN1_UKTJ
