Job Title: Audit & Accounts Senior Location: Chelmsford Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are recruiting for a well-established accountancy practice in Chelmsford, seeking an experienced and motivated Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Leading audits from planning through to completion, liaising with the client and managing the audit team. Preparing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102. Reviewing the work of junior staff and providing guidance and training as required. Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring that the service we provide meets the firm's quality standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Assisting in the development of the practice, including networking and business development activities. Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. A minimum of three years' experience in audit and accountancy within a practice environment. Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
