Teaching Assistant Location: Birmingham, B44 Day Rate: £95 - 105 per day Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Role Type: Long Term - Permanent Start Date : As soon as possible LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Birmingham B44 area. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Effectively engage with students, staff, and parents to build a strong, collaborative network Work closely with teachers to understand individual students' learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth Build meaningful relationships with students, helping them to follow school expectations and develop positive behaviours Person Specification: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school Experience of working with diverse learning needs and offering adaptive support A strong passion for education and creating positive learning experiences for students An Enhanced DBS and two references are essential for this position If you believe you are well-suited for this role, please apply by submitting your CV.
