What You'll Be Doing Building, leading, and motivating a leadership team, including Regional Sales Managers, a National Product Manager, and a Dairy Sales Manager. Ensuring efficient planning and implementation of sales strategies across the UK. Developing effective recruitment and training programs for agents. Leveraging marketing and sales data for informed decision-making. Representing the company at key UK shows and actively contributing to management meetings and company culture. About You At least 5 years of sales management experience, with 3 years in the agricultural sector. A deep understanding and passion for the agricultural industry. A customer-focused leader with strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills. Skilled in concept selling and team leadership with integrity.
