The Role: As our Deputy General Manager, you will be the face and personality of the restaurant. Supporting the General Manager, you will run the venue as if it were your own business. Your role will involve demonstrating strong commercial acumen, training and nurturing your team, and maintaining the high standards that our guests have come to expect. What Were Looking For: A bold leader who "wears their heart on their sleeve" and takes ownership of the business. Someone who remains cool, calm, and collected under pressurenothing can phase you A team player who leaves their ego at the door and is ready to get things done. Minimum 2 years of management experience (dependent on the property). Strong communication and organizational skills, with an approachable demeanor. Exceptional customer service skills and solid business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction. An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
