As a Food & Beverage Launch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management and coordination of all food and beverage menu activity across the hotel groups What will you be doing? Lead the co-ordination of the F & B menu development and annual activity calendar for both food and beverage. Design the critical path and manage the process for each of the menu launches with the various stakeholders. Develop, coordinate, and track progress on the critical path for the F&B function. Creating a detailed timeline and checklist for the launch of all F&B menu initiatives. Support the monitoring of menu performance post-launch and gathering feedback to make any necessary recommendations for adjustments. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align objectives and streamline processes. What are we looking for? Have a passion and interest for Food and Beverage Proven experience in established communication to a wide variety of teams Excellent communication and influencing skills Analyse risk and impact analysis for all new menu launches Good understanding of technical requirements and allergen knowledge Have the abilityto write briefing documents and communicate them to key stakeholders What we offer?
