School Support Worker - Specialist Autistic Setting in Northampton Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people with autism? We have an exciting opportunity for a School Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a specialist autistic setting in Northampton. Position: School Support Worker Location: Northampton Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Pay Rate: Competitive rates of £13.33 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience) About the Role: As a School Support Worker in this specialized environment, you'll play a crucial role in assisting students with autism, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and socially. You'll be joining a supportive, inclusive team committed to fostering a positive, structured environment tailored to the unique needs of each learner.
