Who You Are You are a dedicated individual with Enhanced DBS Clearance, eligible to work with Adults. You possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, demonstrating your competence in this field. Your flexibility allows you to cover various rotas, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays, and you are available to work in any area of Cardiff. Your commitment is evident as you seek an immediate start to meet the high demand during the winter period. What The Job Involves This temporary role as a Home Carer with the Reablement and Community Resource Team spans three months over the winter period. You will cover rotas ranging from 18 to 37 hours per week, providing essential care and support. Working within Cardiff, you must undertake responsibilities that include weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. Registration with Social Care Wales is necessary, but assistance will be provided upon joining. Your role is integral to delivering high-demand services during this critical time.
