The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Complex Needs SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will: Develop and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students with Autism, PMLD, and Complex Needs. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and families, to ensure holistic support for each student. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning. Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the educational experience of our students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching students with SEND, particularly Autism, PMLD, and Complex Needs.
