Cover Supervisor

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed. Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their progress. Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions during lesson coverages. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various learning environments. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
