Software Engineer

Iconic have partnered with an exciting Software House who are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Python (Django or Flask) and a background in serverless architecture. As part of their team, you’ll work on developing scalable applications within a cloud-first environment, leveraging modern serverless frameworks on AWS. This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation by building efficient and robust applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway. Build secure and efficient backend systems with Python, leveraging frameworks like Django or Flask. Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment and ensure application reliability. Requirements Strong experience with Python and Django or Flask frameworks. Proven expertise in serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway). Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills Experience with AI or data engineering is a plus. Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Vue) is desired. Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
