Principal Software Engineer – Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid) £80k-£85k Bonus As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative, scalable solutions that enhance user experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate across teams, champion best practices, and ensure the seamless integration of modern digital products, all while fostering continuous improvement and upskilling within the engineering community. Essential Skills 10 years of engineering experience, with 5 years in technical leadership. Expertise in modern application architecture, cloud-native design (Azure/Google Cloud) Hands-on experience in web technologies, CI/CD, TDD, Kubernetes, and API-First design.
