You'll also oversee data migrations and act as a key point of escalation for any 3rd line customer service requests. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical skills and make a real impact What you'll need to succeed Comprehensive technical expertise in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, and MS365. Proficient in both high-level and low-level solution design and implementation . Experience with Draytek (or similar) Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls . Skilled in configuring and managing UniFi (or similar) Wireless Access Points and Network Switches . In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs .
