About the Role:- Business Analyst with Capital Market Exp Bristol, UK/Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in a week Permanent Job Description:- Work closely with customers Business and Technical teams to develop business and functional requirements Product Backlog grooming and creation of prioritized product backlog based on the business priorities Creation of Nonfunctional requirements along with the customers business and technical teams Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Performing requirements gap analysis Creation of user stories and getting it signed off by business team Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross functional team members and management Provide the requisite clarifications raised by the scrum team Performing user acceptance testing Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Working closely with client’s technicians and managerial staff Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
