Schedule: Monday - Saturday 5 days a week, Job Types: Full -Time Permanent Location: Edinburgh, EH3 Salary: £24,000-£25,000 Start Date - January 2025 Skills required: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate through phone, email, webchat, and social media. Organisation skills, being able to balance own workload is necessary Ability to problem solve effectively and generate solutions to solve customer's issues.
