We currently looking for an Internal Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Team on a permanent contract Monday to Friday at our facility in Loughborough. You will research and understand a portfolio of customers, (both new and existing) providing exceptional insights(of the account history andpurchasingtrends). Through means such as cold-calling, video calling, organising face to face visits, you will be looking to engage with customers to pro-actively understand their needs, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling from boht our existing range of products and new ones. Your aim is to turn these opportunities into regular orders to the point where the can be handed over and serviced by our Customer service administrators whilst you continually finding new opportunities. Responsibilities Contribute towards company targets by way of meeting and/or exceeding setsalestargets as an individual and contributing to the teams. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers. Act asa consultative partner toanticipatecustomers current and future needsto generate orders for new products and services. Follow up samples and quotations, converting these to sales. Ensure accounts are constantly aware of products and services available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, socialmediaand marketing activityto increase sales. Help managea dedicatedArea Sales Managers diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis. Use internal tools andsystems,to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems aremaintainedandupdated at all times. Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing and Production. Create KPI and tracker reports as required by business. Undertakes dutiesin accordance withall relevant management systems and controls. Suggest actions to improve sales performance andidentifyopportunities for personal growth in orderto promote products with greater understanding and confidence Undertakes dutiesin accordance withall relevant management systems and controls. What you will need: Provenexperience of working in an Internal Sales Coordinatorrole Ability to deliver excellentconsultative advice to improve thecustomer experienceand their businessto generate sales Committed to ongoing learning / training to build knowledge and understanding Excellent negotiation and communication skills Great telephone manner and video call presentation for cold calling and relationship building Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills.Ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell. Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular) Problem solvingwith a positive and proactiveattitude Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry Ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time Opportunities to grow: As an SME, flexibility from our staff is essential to our success.
