Specialist PPM Service Contracts Coordinator

Our new Central Leeds office is the platform to deliver a premium Specialist PPM Service Contract Coordinator to North and Central regions. This is an exciting role which requires experience in delivering effective PPM Service Contracts planning, managing and controlling of mobile service vans, whilst supporting administration functions for busy a business centre team. In this arena only service levels delivering excellence will be accepted by the client The Role Operating as a Specialist PPM Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of all installation, repair, service, maintenance and PPM works on customer sites across the North Central regions Coordinating mobile Specialist PPM Service Engineers providing planned attendance visits on client sites for periodic 3,6,9 or 12 month maintenance inspections for all commercial doors, including loading bay equipment throughout the North East and Central regions. Demonstrating working to demanding deadlines, possessing a can-do attitude, creative mind, high level of energy, enthusiasm and happy to communicate with customers at all levels Preparing quotations for PPM remedial works Preparing quotations for reactive repairs Follow up quotations with client to agree instruction to proceed Ideally we need you to be Well educated with experience of coordinating service offer Facilitate team delivering the highest level of service excellence to the client Confident telephone manner required answering incoming client calls Excellent keyboard and IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Excellent communication and telephone skills within Industrial service sector Ideally experienced In Negotiating attendance timescale and costs Updating company performance systems Administration company service management software Processing client PPM remedial quotations Producing client reactive repair quotations Engaging with client secure order Employment Package Competitive salary and incentives package depending on experience Permanent employment contract subject to successful probationary period Complimentary onsite car parking provided adjacent to office facilities Opportunity for personal development / progression within branch team Private Medical Insurance 20 days holiday per annum once 6 month probationary is completed (and successful) Public holidays) ADZN1_UKTJ
